Alberton vendors shine at Emperors Palace Night Market

Local artist Michayla Rouse and food vendor Kyle Richardson were among those showcasing their talents at the bustling weekend market.

With the Benoni Night Market and Alberton Food Fest merging with the Emperors Palace Night Market for the weekend of March 7, the event was a huge success.

Visitors enjoyed what was on offer, with hundreds browsing the handcrafted goods and boutique finds at the Red Roman Shed, while the adjacent undercover parkade offered a more frenetic vibe with upbeat music and a multicultural selection of gourmet street food.

Among the vendors who had a stall at the Red Roman Shed, which offered visitors the opportunity to browse a variety of handcrafted goods, was Alberton artist Michayla Rouse.
