Pay your Ekurhuleni bill at local retailers this Easter
City of Ekurhuleni residents are urged to use easy payment options before the Easter rush to avoid service interruptions.
As the Easter holiday approaches, the City of Ekurhuleni is encouraging residents to stay ahead of their municipal payments to ensure uninterrupted services over the long weekend.
In a proactive move to ease the payment process, the municipality has highlighted a wide range of convenient options available to customers, allowing them to settle accounts quickly and efficiently.
Residents can make payments at major retailers including Pick n Pay, Checkers, Shoprite, Spar, Pep, Ackerman’s, Boxer, Makro and Builders Warehouse.
In addition, selected filling stations and local spaza shops also offer payment facilities, providing accessible options within communities.
For those who prefer more traditional methods, payments can be made at banks, the Post Office or any City of Ekurhuleni Customer Care Centre.
To further streamline the process and help residents avoid long queues during the busy holiday period, the city is encouraging the use of its online Siyakhokha platform.
The system allows users to register and pay their accounts at their convenience via the official website.
Residents in need of assistance, contact the Siyakhokha Help Desk on 011 999 5102 or via email on siyakhokha@ekurhuleni.gov.za.
The city has wished all residents a safe and happy Easter, urging everyone to take advantage of the various payment channels to enjoy a stress-free holiday without service interruptions.
