Creative Academy invites community for golf day fundraiser
Creative Academy invites the community to its annual golf day fundraiser, aimed at supporting school development and improving essential facilities for learners.
Creative Academy invites community members and local businesses to take part in a day dedicated to sport, networking, and education at its Golf Day on June 4 at Reading Country Club.
The event aims to raise funds to support school development and improve essential facilities for learners.
The entry fee is R3 600 per four-ball, excluding cart and caddy fees. This includes green fees, a goodie bag, refreshments at the halfway house, dinner, and a prize-giving ceremony.
As a private, non-funded school, Creative Academy relies entirely on fundraising initiatives to sustain and maintain the high standards of learning and care provided to its learners.
The annual golf day has become one of the school’s most important fundraising events, strengthening community involvement while directly supporting the school’s ongoing needs.
With increasing operational pressures and rising costs of essential resources, the school identified the need to develop long-term solutions that reduce strain on day-to-day operations and ensure a stable learning environment for its learners.
Proceeds from this year’s golf day will be directed towards critical school infrastructure projects across the four campuses, including the installation of solar energy systems and borehole water supply, helping the school become more self-sufficient and less reliant on external utilities.
Sponsorship opportunities are available, including standard hole sponsorship at R1 500 and prime hole sponsorship at R1 800. Cash or prize sponsors are also welcome.
Community members and businesses interested in participating or sponsoring can visit Creative Academy Events or email marketing@creativeacademy.co.za or contact Angie on 067 425 4646.
