Hoërskool Alberton show force at Rhino Week

Hoërskool Alberton’s Allies thump Lynx 72–0.

Hoërskool Alberton-side, the Allies, have shown that they are a force to be reckoned with after they displayed incredible force at the Rhino Week, a prestigious youth sports tournament.

The Allies’ U17A rugby team was crowned Rhino Week champions after defeating the Broncos 13–10 in the final.

The team also won the overall tournament, with Kgosi Matsena named player of the match.

“Congratulations to the team as well as the coaches Wessel van der Westhuizen, Hilgard Keinhans and Leon Potgieter.

“A heartfelt congratulations also to Kgosi Matsena, who was named player of the match during the game against Lynx. Allies won 72-0,” said Hoërskool Alberton in a statement.
