Randhart pom pom girls shine at energetic team-building camp

Laerskool Randhart’s pom pom girls spent the weekend sharpening their routines, bonding as a team and creating lasting memories at a lively training camp.

The pom pom girls from Laerskool Randhart enjoyed an action-packed weekend filled with training, teamwork, and fun during a special pom pom camp held recently.

According to the school, the camp focused on strengthening routines and preparing the team for upcoming competitions while also giving the girls an opportunity to bond and build team spirit.

“Our pom pom girls had an unforgettable camp this past weekend. It was a weekend packed with energy, dedication, and togetherness,” the school said in a statement.

Throughout the camp, the team spent hours practising their routines, refining technique, and improving their overall performance.

“The focus of the camp was to thoroughly grind the routines for the upcoming competitions, refine technique, and grow even stronger together as a team,” the school added.

Training sessions took place on a large sports field, where the girls worked through their formations and synchronised routines using their red and black pom poms.

The camp atmosphere was filled with focus and determination as the team pushed themselves to improve.

“With each training session, the girls have shown that hard work, discipline, and determination are the foundation of success,” the school said.

However, the weekend was not only about practice. The girls also had plenty of time to relax and enjoy fun activities together. Between training sessions, the team created their cheer clips, braaied quirky treats, and enjoyed s’mores around the fire. These lighter moments helped strengthen friendships and build lasting memories.

“Between all the sweat and concentration, there was also time for fun and laughter. The girls made their own ‘cheer’ clips, braaied crazy treats, enjoyed delicious s’mores, and created precious memories together,” the school said.

By the end of the weekend, the team left not only with improved routines but also with a stronger sense of unity.

“It was a camp filled with practice, excitement, and pure pleasure, but above all with team spirit that only got stronger,” the school said.

The school added that it is excited to see what the talented team will achieve in the upcoming competitions.

“We are looking forward to all that these talented girls will accomplish yet,” it said.
