TRANSPORT COMPANY NEEDS AN ADMIN ASSISTANT WITH THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE: Key Responsibilities:
•Processing of supplier invoices and reconciliations
*Strong Stock Control experience a must
•Creditors payments and allocations
•Capturing of Invoices, Credit notes, Payments and Discounts
•Creditors Age Analysis
•Queries
•Credit Applications
•Filling
•Safety and Compliance Experience
Qualification & Skills Required:
•Must have at least grade 12 qualification
•Must be computer literate in Excel & Pastel
•Strong Communication and people skills
•Very accurate and must adhere to strict deadlines
•Strong background of stock control, good communication skills and must be efficient in excel.
•Good listening skills
•The ability to execute tasks professionally at all times
•Service Orientated
•Mature
•Well Organized
•Must be able to work under pressure
•Must have own transport or reside in the Brakpan surroundings
