NOTIFICATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION We, Indurain Towers (Pty) Ltd have lodged a land development application (13/3/11/2) on Erf 1981 Balfour Township, in terms of Section 80(1) (read with Chapter 6) of the Dipaleseng Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-Law, 2016 (`the By-Law`) and Clause 13.2 of the Dipaleseng Local Municipality Land Use Management Scheme, 2020 (`the LUS`), for special consent to allow for the erection of a Telecommunication Infrastructure on last-mentioned property, situated at 110 Minnaar St, Balfour, 2410. The intention of the application is to acquire the required land use rights for purpose of erecting a telecommunication mast limited to 64m in extent and 36m in height at coordinates 2640`04.9″S 2835`32.1″E.

Written comments or objections together with reasons therefore in respect of the application must be submitted, in the prescribed format, to the Municipal Manager, Dipaleseng Local Municipality, Private Bag X1005 Balfour, 2410 or delivered to the office of the Town Planner as provided above, by no later than 14 August 2026. The format in which comments or objections may be submitted is available from the office of the Town Planner, at the above-mentioned address.
