After shopping centres and malls have been recently targeted, maybe online grocery shopping is the way to go! I for one will still prefer to go to the shops and see what’s on offer, but it’s becoming dangerous out there. Always stay aware of your surroundings.
While shopping last week I spotted ankle boots in Woolworths and I see more and more winter wear is appearing in other shops too. Enjoy the good weather while it lasts.
Delicious bacon tarts – makes 12
Ingredients
1 packet of lean streaky bacon
4 eggs
50mls milk
6 mushrooms
4 tablespoons grated cheese
Salt and pepper/ mixed herbs to taste
Method
Take a muffin pan (12) and lightly grease. Wrap one rasher of bacon around the inside of each case. Beat eggs with milk and seasoning. Chop mushrooms and put a little in each base of the muffin pan. Pour egg mixture until halfway up and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 180c for about 40 minutes.
So easy and makes a perfect breakfast or lunch. For breakfast serve with grilled tomatoes and toast and for lunch add a green salad.
