Councillor a great help with rebate application

Top notch service results in councillor passing the test with flying colours

Thank you ever so much Mr Berg, it is refreshing and actually unheard of that councillors go the extra mile for their taxpayers as you did for me, albeit that the age rebate is minimal.

The last time that I escalated a complaint to Ekurhuleni Metro (Alberton Water Division) last year regarding my water meter that was submerged in water for a prolonged time, they he did absolutely nothing to assist.

Only when I reported the issue to the Office of the Public Protector my complaint was resolved, including an appropriate refund having been given to me.

All the best with your future well-being and also as councillor, Ekurhuleni or Alberton for that matter need more people of your calibre.

I heard from various people about you and everything that you do for the inhabitants of Alberton and us taxpayers as a whole, going the extra mile, hence suffice to say that when you were put to the test by me, you passed with flying colours, top drawer service excellence!
