Police needs help to make a difference

I was really shocked at the response considering the current spate of crime taking place.

A POLICE constable came into our premises at Meyersdal Mall two weeks ago and gave me an invitation, to attend a discussion about crime and ways to approach the problem.

The meeting was set to take place at the Brackendowns Police station on December 7 at 12:00.

I arrived just before 12:00, but out of 27 shops who were invited, I was the only one that attended.

I was really shocked at the response, considering the current spate of crime taking place.
