We have noticed in your paper over a period the complaints about the two clinics in Alberton.
We have the opposite view regarding Brackenhurst Clinic. We have visited the Brackenhurst Clinic twice, the last visit on February 11.
My wife is in a wheelchair and suffers from continued chronic back pain. Without saying a word to any employee in the clinic or while waiting in the queue in the street, we were taken out of the queue and into the clinic.
Staff, the doctor and the security provided excellent service in a very courteous manner. This service was highly appreciated in view of my wife’s medical condition. We are both elderly.
The only difficulty is that it seems the clinic does not stock all the various types of medication we require. We are used to such service in the Western Cape.
However, congratulations to all at the clinic for their great service. Well done and appreciated!
