WATCH: Alberton fitness enthusiasts invited to Last Man Standing Aerobics Marathon

Community members are encouraged to lace up their sneakers for the upcoming Last Man Standing Aerobics Marathon in Alberton, where fitness, prizes and charitable giving will come together in one energetic event.

Fitness lovers and community members are set to gather in Alberton for the Last Man Standing Aerobics Marathon at SA Olympic Gym on May 30.

The event, themed ‘One run, one cause, one community’, will start at 06:00 at 25 Heidelberg Avenue, New Market Estates.

Participants will compete in male and female categories, with trophies awarded to first-place winners, silver medals to second-place winners, and bronze medals to third-place winners.

Organisers have encouraged attendees to bring sanitary towels or toiletries as part of a community contribution initiative to assist those in need.

Hamper prizes will also be up for grabs during the event.

The aerobics marathon is expected to bring together fitness enthusiasts from across Alberton for a morning focused on health, endurance and community support.
