Alberton Boxing Club hosts successful tournament as local fighters secure victories

Alberton Boxing Club produced several winning performances as boxers from across Gauteng, North West and the Free State gathered in Alberton for a day of competitive action.

Alberton Boxing Club once again proved why it is a force to be reckoned with when it hosted a successful boxing tournament.

Clubs across Rustenburg, the Free State, North West, Johannesburg and Ekurhuleni travelled to Alberton to compete in the event, which showcased the talent, determination and sportsmanship of boxers.

According to the club, the athletes stepped into the ring with heart, courage and determination, reflecting the countless hours of hard work and dedication invested in their training.

Among the standout performers was Zander Breedt, who showed he has what it takes to win at a competitive level.

His determination and ability to push through challenging moments saw him emerge victorious in his bout.

Jethro Binedell impressed with his technical skills and disciplined training, securing a clear victory against a strong opponent and proving that hard work pays off.

Ntando Mnfuni also delivered an excellent performance. Displaying technical ability, aggression and grit, he worked hard to overcome a tough opponent.

The club is now preparing for its next tournament on August 29, which will focus on breast cancer awareness.

The event promises a full day of boxing action, starting at 08:00 and continuing until late. Refreshments will be available and attendees will have the opportunity to win various prizes.
