Marais Viljoen’s Blue Machine crowned Noordvaal 7s champions
Hoërskool Marais Viljoen’s senior rugby team celebrated a major achievement after winning the Shield division at the Noordvaal 7s Tournament.
Hoërskool Marais Viljoen High School’s senior rugby team has been crowned Noordvaal 7s champions after winning the Shield division.
The achievement followed months of physical and mental preparation, with the team’s dedication, discipline and sacrifice paying off when it mattered.
The school said the players showed the value of standing together, working hard and continuing to believe throughout their campaign.
“After months of hard work, both physical and mental, dedication, discipline, and sacrifice have paid off,” the school said in a statement. The victory was celebrated as a proud achievement for the players and coaching staff, who were praised for giving their all to reach the milestone.
The school congratulated the team on their success, describing them as the “Blue Machine” and adding: “You earned it!”
The Noordvaal 7s Shield division title provided a fitting reward for the team’s commitment and hard work.
