Annual dog show a success

Events included dog jumping, a beauty show and agility and fly wall events. Dog lovers came from far and wide to showcase their four-legged friends and their abilities.

The Complete Dog of the Year winner was a 6-year-old black and white Border Collie, with the registered name Champion and International Champion Linbrie Return To Sender of Venron, known affectionately as Lass. Lass is owned by Ron and Venessa Juckes and was bred by Mrs Lindy Coetzee.

“She has been exceptional, even as a puppy she was very successful,” said Mrs Juckes.

The runner-up was an Australian Shepherd owned by Mrs Lorette Gray.
