The arrests were made when Yeoville SAPS members were on patrol in Joe Slovo Drive.
“The officers were on patrol when they noticed two suspicious men walking around,” said Constable Thabo Malatji of the Yeoville SAPS.
When officers approached and searched the two men, they found them in possession of the implements which included spark plugs.
“They were taken to the Yeoville SAPS for detention and are expected to appear in the Hillbrow Magistrate’s Court soon,” said Constable Malatji.
The two men were profiled and it was discovered that they had outstanding warrants of arrest for similar offences.
