The Jeppe SAPS is looking for a man in connection with an incident that took place at the Jeppe Men’s Hostel on October 24.
Warrant Officer Richard Munyai, the Jeppe SAPS communications officer, said a man apparently went to the hostel to collect money from a spaza shop.
“He collected the money and on his way back he was approached by a man at the gate.
“The man bumped into him. When he asked him what he was doing, the man grabbed him and accused him of bumping into him. He drew his firearm and pointed it at the victim’s head,” said W/O Munyai.
He demanded money from the victim. He took the cash and ran into the hostel.
