
Czech fugitive Radovan Krejcir will face an additional charge of conspiracy to commit murder.
Krejcir was charged when he appeared in the Alexandra Magistrate’s Court on March 20.
According to police spokesman Lieutenant General Solomon Makgale, “This additional charge is linked to the arrests of suspects in January this year for the alleged conspiracy to murder Colonel Nkosana XimbaPaul O’Sullivan, of our National Crime Intelligence Unit, and private investigator Mr Paul O’Sullivan.”
A total of five people have been arrested for allegedly attempting to murder investigators Col Ximba and Mr O’Sullivan, who were associated with Krejcir’s investigation.
Krejir will appear in the Alexandra Magistrate’s Court with the five associates on Monday, April 7, on charges of conspiracy to commit murder.
“Investigations are continuing and more arrests are expected,” said Lt Gen Makgale.
