Two men and a woman were arrested for murder in Observatory.
The murder took place in the early hours of the morning on Saturday, May 10, at the corner of Fourie and Regent streets.
“The suspects were using three vehicles and shot dead one man. They fled the scene in all three vehicles. A murder docket was registered and the murder is being investigated by the Yeoville SAPS detectives branch,” said Constable Thabo Malatji, of the Yeoville SAPS.
According to Const Malatji, the detectives worked around the clock and the suspects were traced to Vanderbijlpark.
“They were arrested and are expected to appear in the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court on charges of murder,” said Const Malatji.
