Spicy topic for toastmasters

Since spices and sauces are used in food every day, it seemed only fitting to include this as a discussion at a recent Toastmasters meeting.

The impromptu speaking section had to think on their feet and use some creativity to come up with something spicy for the audience.

The area 14 governor, Mr Marcharl Jankowitz was voted the best impromptu speaker.

In the prepared speech section, Ms Nosipho Shongwe inspired the audience with her speech, Courageous Life.

The Village Toastmasters meet every third Tuesday of every month at the Trinity Presbyterian Church on the corner St David and Koster roads, Elma Park.
