Constable Mpho Mashakane, the Cleveland SAPS communications officer, said police officers were patrolling Malvern when they saw a group of men standing next to a vehicle.
“When the police officers approached the men at the corner of Jules and Heriot streets, some immediately ran away.
“Six of them were caught. They were found in possession of six computers,” said Const Mashakane.
The men could not produce an invoice for the computers valued at about R150 000.
The men, aged between 24 and 32, were arrested and detained at the Cleveland SAPS.
