Visit Horwood’s Farm Craft Market

In the early 90’s, Horwood’s Farm hosted one of the most well-supported markets on the East Rand.

Sadly, this eventually closed down due to the ever declining state of the public park.

Following many requests, the market was launched again last year.

The aim of the market is to give residents an alternative option to browsing around shopping centres on weekends.

Entrance to the market is free of charge.

Stall holders pay a R100 contribution which is used to fund the volunteer project Friends of Horwood’s Farm.

The Horwood’s Farm Craft Market takes place on the first Sunday of each month from 9am to 3pm.
