A demonstration of oil on canvas
The demonstration will be done using oil paint on canvas.
Full time artist John Philip will demonstrate his skills to the Paint & Palette Group on February 18 at the Edenvale Community Centre.
John Philip who graduated from the AAA School of Advertising in Cape Town has been painting from the age of six years old and did freelance web design after leaving school.
His preferred style is “Realistic”.
On the day, John Philip, will do a landscape demonstration.
The demonstration will be done using oil paint on canvas.
Anyone interested can join the Paint & Palette Group at the Edenvale Community Centre situated at the corner of Van Riebeeck Avenue and Second Street on February 18 at 1.30pm for 2pm.
Entrance fee of R50 will be charged for visitors and R20 for members which will include refreshments.
