
Three men, aged between 28 to 56, were arrested earlier today following investigations by members of the SAPS National Organised Crime Unit.

Acting Ekurhuleni North Cluster and Sebenza SAPS spokesperson Sgt Sharon Mahamba-Tsotsotso, said the SAPS received a tip-off and following investigations, SAPS members found the marijuana in the basement of a townhouse at a Greenstone complex.

“Officers found marijuana, worth about R500 000. They also found dried marijuana inside a garage and equipment used for growing marijuana were also confiscated,” said Mahamba-Tsotsotso.
