#IMadeMyMark: Sector 4 CPF chairperson speaks on elections
Rheeder believes that every vote counts.
Stefan Rheeder from Modderfontein Community Police Forum Sector Four believes that casting his vote on May 8 is his responsibility as a citizen.
The 40-year-old IT manager and rescue work volunteer has been a Modderfontein resident for the last eight years and is originally from Cape Town.

“As a South African citizen, I believe it is my duty to vote as every vote counts. I want to see positive change in our country,” Rheeder said.
This community leader has voted in all the elections.
“I believe that you cannot complain if you sit on the fence and don’t vote.”
His message to those who do not want to vote is a reminder that every vote counts.

“South Africa needs desperate change. Go and do it,” he said.
While some base their vote on media reports, manifestos and word of mouth, Rheeder bases his vote on research and personal experiences.
