Woman shot three times in Bedfordview N3 underpass

A woman is critically injured after being shot multiple times at the Boeing Road N3 underpass this morning in what authorities believe may have been a targeted attack.

Bedfordview’s RAG Security rushed to the Boeing Road N3 underpass after reports of a shooting, finding a woman who had been shot three times on March 30 at around 07:25.

Emergency services, including SAPS and ambulance crews, were immediately dispatched, and the area was secured.

The victim was transported to hospital and is in critical but stable condition.

Early reports suggest the attack may have been planned, though the motive is still unknown.

RAG Security praised response officers for acting quickly, providing medical aid on-site and coordinating with nearby emergency responders during the first 60 minutes following the injury.

Authorities believe the woman was followed from Disa Road.

An investigation is ongoing, and updates will be shared as more information becomes available. Bedfordview SAPS have been contacted for comment.
