Unknown man found dead in Edenglen
Help police identify the white man who was estimated to be between 40 and 55 years old.

Edenvale SAPS called on the community for assistance in identifying the body of a man found in Edenglen.
According to Edenvale SAPS Detective Warrant Officer Nakedi Madibana, the white man was estimated to be between 40 and 55 years old.
The man, only known as Duncan, was found deceased near a perimeter wall of a property on January 19.

Madibana said it is unknown if the deceased was an Edenvale resident or lived in a neighbouring town.
It is believed the man was ill shortly before his death.
He had no identifiable features such as tattoos and scars, and the police had no description of the clothes he wore.
Presently, the body is at Germiston Mortuary.
Madibana said the police took the deceased’s fingerprints and sent them for analysis in Pretoria.

To date, no relatives have come forward to identify the body.
Madibana appealed to anyone with information about the deceased to contact Edenvale SAPS.
