Former pilot speaks on the infamous air disaster of 1987

Opinions on the mid-air disaster that led to the death of 159 people on board the SAA 295 Helderberg, an SAA Boeing 747-244 Super B Combi, have long been shrouded by conspiracies.

Investigations found that a catastrophic fire in the cargo area caused the craft to break up mid-air before crashing into the ocean.
