Emergency services are reportedly on the scene.

The cause of the fire has not yet been disclosed.

Ward 20 Clr Jill Humphreys who was at the scene said, “Much loved restaurant gone. Totally burned down.
Fortunately no one was hurt.”

She added that surrounding properties were also not affected.

She commended the Bedfordview CPF for their fantastic job of isolating the area and making space for the four fire engines from Bedfordview and Primrose.
She added however, that they could not connect to the hydrants in the street as the property is set too far back.
