Local golfer takes title for men’s league
In the Silver (Ladies) division, Keisha Kagoro (15) finished T2 with a breakout performance, including a final round 77.
At the Club Championships recently held at Royal Johannesburg, Balderstone Sports Institute’s (BSI) Jacques van der Merwe sealed the Men’s A division to be crowned Club Champion with scores of 68 and 71 (-5).
Adrian Andrade took the Junior Club Champion title with scores of 69 and 77.

“Club Championship weekend at Royal Johannesburg is always a special occasion, and the club went all-out again to put on a fantastic event.
“The courses were set up to be extremely tough, and it was wonderful to see our players come through and dominate the high-performance sections,” said BSI’s head of marketing, Roger King.
