Vieve Acrobatic Dance Company, situated in Edenvale, recently participated in the Acro Festival.
The festival was held at Cliffview Primary during the September 23 long weekend.
Results for the local dancers were as follows:
• Toni Jacobus received gold with a 95 per cent score.
• Tyron Carey received gold, a third place and a special award.
• The Step in Time group received gold, a first place and a special award.
• Tianna Machet and Emma Isherwood received gold and a second place.
• Tanita Azevedo and ZK Tshabalala received gold and a second place.
• Jamie Burger and Kirsten Moralee received gold and a first place with a 98 per cent score.
• The Skeleton group received gold, a first place and a special award.
