A case of culpable homicide is being investigated by the Actonville Police after a woman was knocked by a learner driver in the parking lot on the corners of Soma Street and Khan Crescent.

“The learner driver was not arrested,” said Actonville SAPS spokesperson, Gordin Nyathi.
