Children ready for community interaction
A new Interact Club based at the John Wesley Community Centre was officially inducted recently.
The club was started at the Etwatwa West-based centre, under the guidance of the Rotary Club of Benoni Aurora and the Northfield Methodist Church, which started the centre.

Interact clubs are a subsidiary of local Rotary clubs, extending across the world.
The ceremony saw the induction of the executive board of the club and was marked by speeches and a performance by the centre’s marimba band.
“We will take children off the streets and involve them in activities at the centre,” said the new club’s president, Sipho Matsiliza.
