Welfare looks for missing father and maternal family members

Daveyton Social Development is looking for the father of Siphiwe Ncwango and the maternal family of Lijenjeng Lihlali and Boitumelo Lekhulo.

  •  Ncwango’s biological father, Sipho Ncwango, left him with his neighbour, Witness Ntshangase, who lives at the Zenzele Informal Settlement.

Siphiwe was born on August 14, 2004.

  • Victor Lihlali is looking for the Lekhula family, the maternal family of his children, Lijenjeng Lihlali and Boitumelo Lekhula.

His wife, Mamohloai Lekhula, died and left their children without any birth certificates.

She was originally from Lesotho, but she had relatives in Wattville.

Lijenjeng was born on October 15, 1997, and Boitumelo on February 3, 2005.
