East Rand Business Women close off with a bang
The hall was filled with laughter when the witty and fabulous South African public figure Nataniël provided the entertainment at the East Rand Business Women's gala brunch, at the Birchwood Hotel, on Saturday, November 23.
Locals showed their sportsmanship, dressed in dashing lace and feather outfits, to suit the “Great Gatsby” theme and enjoyed breakfast while socialising with fellow women and men climbing the corporate ladder.
Nataniël shared his humour in a range of light-hearted stories, covering his view on a variety of universal topics and performing a few songs as a form of intervals.
There were also lucky draws and prize giveaways for the best dressed guests.
The function was well attended, with a turnout of 550 guests, and a range of businesses exhibited and sold their wares around the hall, where guests could do some Christmas shopping.
Local business women can look forward to the association’s meetings commencing again in the new year.
