Personal Growth Course to be held
LifeLine Ekurhuleni will facilitate a 13-session Personal Growth Course from February 6 to March 20.
The course offers experiential learning opportunities which encourage individuals to learn from each other within a group context, with the aim of deepening self-awareness.
It is also a journey of self-exploration that will inspire participants to evaluate their past, relationships, ambitions and personal attributes.
Participants can choose between morning (starting at 9am) and evening (starting at 7pm) sessions.
Participants cannot alternate between the morning and evening sessions
The course costs R1 800 and is open to people from 21 years of age and older.
This Personal Growth Course is a prerequisite for those interested in participating in the LifeLine Counselling Course.
