According to school principal Gertie Testa, triplets Hannah, Adam and Seth Cornwall (6) made history by being the first triplets to enrol at the school since its establishment in 2002.
The trio, who were born in Essex, were also the first triplets to enrol at Forest Primary School, in the UK.
The three began their schooling career at Forest Primary School towards the end of last year.
They recently moved Farrarmere.
The three youngsters appeared relaxed on their first day of school at Ashton.
Asked how she copes with three children of the same age in the house, their mother, Michelle Cornwall, said: “You just get on with it.
“It is very demanding and you learn to listen to three voices at the same time.”
The children’s grandmother, Liz Lindsey, said having three children at home can become challenging at times.
“You require great patience, lots of love and encouragement and some days you just want to pull out your hair,” said Liz.
Michelle said the three children are vastly different.
Hannah, who is the youngest of the three, is the most outgoing and the leader of the pack, while Adam, the eldest, is more serious, caring and has an ability to sum up people well.
Seth is happy-go-lucky and “has bounced around since the first scan and hasn’t stopped since then”.
