Hunters Fitment supports orphanage project

Hunters Fitment will donate a portion of their monthly revenue to support the completion of a children's home, in Zesfontein.

The orphanage will be built by the Christian Family Church International (CFCI).

Annette Myers, from CFCI, stated that, at the time of the 25 year anniversary of CFCI, in September, they hope the home will be completed.

Shereen Hunter, from Hunters Fitment, stated that roughly a 1 000 orphaned and abandoned children will be housed in the home.

“It will provide a safe haven for children who, in most cases, are neglected, abused or homeless,” said Hunter.

“By receiving the love, guidance and schooling they deserve, these children will go on to become capable, nurturing parents to their own children one day, and contribute to society.”

Hunter is the former director of I Am Worthy and has dedicated herself to fighting for causes, such as the education and empowerment of women and aiding homeless children and orphans.

“I Am Worthy is a worldwide cause that manufactures and distributes a wide range of products,” she said.

“The products are specifically to uplift women, and are made to alleviate the plight of orphans.”

Hunter added that Hunters Fitment has also supported I Am Worthy through raising awareness about the I Am Worthy body care range, by using the products at corporate events.
