Keep safe during the festive season

•  Be extra vigilant and aware of your surroundings.
•  Make sure that your alarm system is working and keep in touch with your security company.
•  Know your neighbours
•  Report all suspicious persons (with clothing descriptions) and vehicles (with colour/make and registration number) to the SAPS or security company immediately.
•  Ensure that your doors are locked at all times when not at home.n
• Never hide keys in traditional places, such as in pot plants or under doormats
• nAlways park your vehicle/motorcycles in a locked garage or at the back of the yard (out of sight).
• Never leave vehicles on the pavement.
• Always remove your valuables, such as GPS devices, cellphones, laptops, tablets, Ipads and wallets from your vehicle.
