Fresh coffee anytime at Rynpark

Residents of Rynpark One can finally sit down and relax with a warm cup of coffee, at any time of the day, any day of the week, since a new coffee shop has opened its doors in the vicinity.

Residents and management of Rynpark celebrated the grand opening on Wednesday, April 1, and the shop, which is also a small convenience store, was teeming with customers eager to take a look around.

The store, which was launched by Fedics, took only six weeks to get up and running.

It will now be open seven days a week, from 8am to 6pm.

Machield van Graan, district manager for Fedics, was present at the grand opening, along with Joe Duvenage, executive manager of Rynpark.

“This is to get residents to interact with each other and prevent them from becoming reclusive,” said Duvenage.

“We have received the full support of the residents in Rynpark, our first week went very well,” said Nico Coetzer, co-manager of the shop.

“I like it, the food was very good and it’s better than the first place that was here,” said Phia Koekemoer, a resident of Rynpark.

Management of Rynpark is planning to hold events and competitions at the shop, in order to involve the residents and give them the opportunity to socialise more.

Although the coffee shop is still nameless, management will be holding a name competition for the residents to enter.
