Learn about the benefits of a healthy lifestyle
The East Rand Business Women will be hosting their first meeting of the year, on February 10.
It will take place at Birchwood Hotel and Conference Centre.
February’s guest speaker will be Dr Craige Golding, a well-known radio personality and one of the founders of Solal Group of supplements.
Dr Golding will talk about the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, such as coping with menopause, anti-ageing and general good health.
In celebration of Valentine’s Day, members are encouraged to wear pink and silver.
East Rand Business Women is always open to new members who are interested in joining the group.
Every month the group hosts various guest speakers who share their insights on a variety of topics.
