Business entertains children

The possibility of having a few hours away from home brings great joy to the children of Norah’s Drop-In Centre in Barcelona, Etwatwa.

Hosting a group of 55 children, Indoor Sports World in Rynfield provided an ideal setting for a fun-filled afternoon on Friday (April 8).

The children were given goody bags with sweets and snacks, and were served lunch and soft drinks.

They also played soccer and netball and were taught new skills by the Little Kickers team that was present on the day.

“We are so grateful for everything that they are doing for us,” said the founder of Norah’s Drop-In Centre, Norah Moriri.

With this initiative, Indoor Sports World aims to encourage other businesses to do their part to help the less fortunate.

The sports centre’s Daleen le Roux hopes to make this an annual event, with the help of more sponsors, to make this initiative bigger and better.
