An article published on www.southafricatoday.net named a 19-year-old woman as the victim who was allegedly kidnapped and assaulted by a three-times convicted rapist.
Ekurhuleni Central Cluster Commander Brig Poobalan Subbiah said the information contained in the article is a hoax.
