Chi-Yu Fan (38) and Chi-Chin Fan (31), both Taiwanese nationals and Mozambican duo Orcidio Sitoe (29) and Peters Ngwenya (26) appeared in the Benoni Magistrate’s Court for dealing and manufacturing drugs.
“Another person, who is believed to be the kingpin of this underground operation, has been instructed to hand himself over to the police within 24 hours.
He will be in the company of his legal representatives,” the Hawks’ Capt Ndivhuwo Mulamu said.
