The incident happened on the corner of Aerodrome Drive and Webb Street, at around 2.20pm.
Liam Hardy, ER24 spokesperson, said the accident also involved a light motor vehicle with two occupants.
The two women were not injured.
The motorcyclist, believed to be in his early 20s, was transported to hospital with minor to moderate injuries.
