The incident happened on Southy Street.
WO Rudi Sieberts, the Ekurhuleni Central Cluster SAPS spokesperson, said the driver and her mother were in the car when they pulled into a driveway.
Sieberts said three men in a vehicle stopped behind the car.
Two armed men approached the women, forced them out of the car and drove off, Sieberts said.
Sieberts said the vehicle was later recovered in Tembisa.
No arrests have been made.
