UPDATE: Dump truck blames smoke for illegal dumping
Ward 28 Clr Malanie Haggard said the illegally dumped refuse left in Farrarmere Gardens will be cleaned tomorrow.
“Apparently the dump truck left the refuse at the veld because the truck had smoke coming out of it,” she said.

Haggard said she was made aware of the dump truck earlier on Tuesday morning and made contact with the waste depot.
“The manager of the depot said he is investigating the matter,” Haggard said.
