The next chapter for Next Chapter Book and Gift Shop in Northmead

Shop for new books at the Next Chapter book and gift store

The Northfield Methodist Church relaunched their bookshop on August 23.

Formally known as Crossings, the bookstore has been revamped and is now called Next Chapter Book and Gift Shop.

“We named it the Next Chapter because this is a fresh start and a new beginning for the store,” said bookstore manager Jessica Venter.

“We hope to attract bookworms and book lovers with a variety of Christian-based books.”

The store has Christian books, Bibles, creative Bibles, journals, kids interactive books, kitchenware, jewellery and a selection of gifts to choose from.

“It’s the perfect place for browsing and finding the perfect gift too,” she said.

Some of the authors include ministers from Northfield Methodist, Trevor Hudson and John van de Laar, Nina Smit, Ken Costa and Louis Giglio.

The bookstore is open to the public from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 12pm on Sundays.
