Putfonten police together with the Women’s Network and various stakeholders joined hands together on Mandela Day (July 18) to deliver food parcels to the community of Mayfield Extension Seven, whereby selected families were handed food parcels donated by SaFleet and Ceramic Pro East Rand.

They also visited Oliver’s Village and painted Nyeleti’s Children Home.
On July 19, the station and various organisations handed out school uniform to the learners of Umnyezani Primary in Putfontein.
The uniform was donated by Hlumbane Mabena from Sanlam.
