Have you booked your spot at the first City Times car boot sale on January 25? #makequickcash

The City Times car boot sale will form part of the market and bookings are open for January 25.

The City Times is launching a monthly car boot sale at the Bunny Park on January 25, in conjunction with the Bunny Park Food and Craft Market.

Our sister publication Boksburg Advertiser has been doing the same in conjunction with the market organisers at the Bokkie Park in Parkrand for the past year with great success and community interest.

This success prompted the organisers, Janine Richardson and Joan Gould, to approach the City Times to do the same this year.

The Bunny Park itself is not open yet, but the monthly Food and Craft Market resumed on December 14 and will continue to take place on the last Saturday of the month, from 9am to 2.30pm.

Car boot sellers may only sell second-hand goods, including items such as bric-a-brac, tools, kitchenware, baby items, toys, clothing, books, gardening, camping gear and paintings, etc.

To book your spot at the City Times car boot sale, contact Rynette Joubert on 065 169 0846 or 011 425 0164 or email rynettej@caxton.co.za

See you there!

* A portion of the Bunny Park was scheduled to open on December 11, but this was cancelled.

When the entire park will officially open is not clear at this stage, despite numerous requests for a date from the metro.
